If you know me, you know Disney is basically my second home. I’ve been enough times to know exactly what you need, what you’ll wish you had, and what you definitely don’t need to bring. So today I’m sharing my ultimate Disney packing list — teen girl edition!
👟 Comfortable Shoes Are Non-Negotiable
I cannot stress this enough. You WILL walk 10+ miles a day. Cute sneakers that are also comfortable? That’s the goal. I love these white platform sneakers because they look super cute in photos but don’t destroy my feet by 2pm.
👜 The Right Bag Changes Everything
You want something hands-free but also cute enough for the photos. A small crossbody or belt bag is the move. This mini crossbody bag fits my phone, wallet, chapstick, and snacks — the essentials.
🎀 Ears, Obviously
No Disney trip is complete without a pair of ears. I always bring mine from home (so I don’t pay park prices), but if you’re looking for a new pair, these sparkly Mickey ears are SO cute and super affordable.
☀️ Sunscreen + Lip Balm
The Florida sun is no joke. I use this tinted SPF sunscreen because it doubles as a light makeup base and protects my skin. And chapstick with SPF — trust me.
🌡️ A Cooling Towel
This sounds random but it is a game changer in the heat. You wet it, snap it, and it stays cool for hours. This cooling towel is only a few dollars and I use it every single trip.
📱 A Portable Charger
Disney eats your phone battery alive — between the app, photos, and videos, you’ll be at 20% by noon. I always pack this little portable charger in my bag.
🍭 Snacks From Home
Okay, Disney food is amazing, but it’s also expensive. I always pack some of my favorite snacks to keep in my bag for between rides so I’m not starving between meals.
What are YOUR Disney must-haves? Drop them in the comments — I’m always looking for new tips!
